Acrobatic Intensives by Nearly There Yet split focus between technique (you'll need to be able to hold a stand in hands and stand on shoulders to take part) and applying this technique towards linking moves and beginning to make an act.
The emphasis, as always, is on building your physical confidence as an individual so the environment will be relaxed and supportive.
These sessions are a great way to stretch what you already know, give you new ideas, and lead you towards creating your own creative acrobatic material.
The sessions include a thorough warm up, strengthening, technique and flexibility training.
It is recommended to come with a partner - feel free to email if you are looking for a partner and we will do our best to link you up with other class attendees. Class is from 2-6pm.
