HandstanD classes - manchester

Are you sick of being the right way round? Always fancied inverting?

In this class, we will be getting upside down through a combination of conditioning exercises and learning how to find your balance on your hands. You need no experience, just a willingness to try something new and find out what your body can do. The classes are structured around the level of the individual and so are suitable for complete beginners to advanced level students.

The class is taught by Mimosa, who trained partner acrobatics at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London and Die Etage in Berlin and has performed in circus shows across Europe.
